Selling a property in Spain

Documents needed

  • Copy of the Deed (Escritura) and a Nota Simple from the Land Registry, no older than one month.
  • Copy of the last paid Community Fees bill (Comunidad).
  • Municipal certificate confirming the property tax (IBI) has been paid.
